Acupuncture benefits and eligibility is specific to insurance plan. Each company has different plans which may or may not have an acupuncture benefit.
Please call your insurance company or call us to determine if your policy includes acupuncture.

Co-pay or co-insurance amount is due at the time of service.

Insurance companies not contracted with our acupuncture clinic, may cover acupuncture services at a non-contracted fee.

For example, Regence Blueshield Boeing medical plan, and Federal Employee program.

Auto-accident case, PIP personal injury protection and Third party case will be accepted automatically.
